The continuation of on-site work once groundwork is complete, ‘First Fix’ work compromises of structural work to create a water-tight construction including:

• Stud walls and partitions
• Roofing work
• Electrical/plumbing layout
• Plastering/rendering works

The final phase of the development or 'Second Fix' will take the construction from a watertight shell to a finished standard, including:

• Built in furniture/shelving
• Kitchen/bathroom suite fitting
• Floor coverings
• Wall coverings
• Decorating/painting
• Final plumbing install
